Hillcrest is a free Framer template for real estate, with a warm, residential feel. It includes property listings, an about page and a contact section, and it adapts easily for agents or small agencies.

Remix it from the Framer Marketplace, then add your properties in the Listings CMS and your people in the Team CMS. Edit Home, About, Services, Sell, Valuation and Contact with your own copy. Update the styles to match your brand. A 404 page is included. Start with the listings and valuation pages, since those carry most of the weight for an agent.
